     Friday, August 13th, 2010. This date will be remembered as President’s Obama’s Waterloo. This is the date that Obama, who has previously declared that “We are not a Christian nation” and ignored National Prayer Day, hosted an Iftar dinner in the White House State Dining Room. Iftar is the meal that breaks the dawn-to-dusk fast for Muslims during the holy month of Ramadan. Over 100 Muslim guests listened to Obama’s strong endorsement of Park 51, the proposed Islamic community center and mosque to be built two blocks from the 911 ground zero terrorist attack that slaughtered 3,000 Americans. This is the date that  all doubts were set aside as Americans watched and heard Obama associate himself more closely with Islam than “We The People”. Any American second guessing about Obama being a Muslim has been anwered once and for all. Obama’s political career has ended. Effective August 14th, 2010, Obama became a lame duck president.

     Obama’s remarks and positioning has drawn bitter criticism from an outraged “We The People of The United States of America” who are finally waking up to the fact that this Kenyon Muslim hates America, Americans and our Capitalist system. Obama believes that Americans are arrogant and his wife Michele, has never felt proud of our great country. Mrs. Obama’s statement that “America is mean spirited” ignores the undeniable truth that thousands of American service men and women who are buried around the globe died protecting strangers living under tyrannical governments. They died fighting against the very ideology the now permeates the White House.

     Our founding fathers conceived the dangers of allowing a foreigner to become the head of our government and occupy the White House. They understood that any foreigner would retain their allegiance to their birth country and subvert the very foundation of our system of government. They knew that only a natural born citizen would love our nation and mandated into the constitution, the United States citizenship eligibility requirement to hold our nation’s highest office.

    The foreigner in our White House is Barack Hussein Obama, a Muslim born in a Muslim country, given a Sunni Muslim name and his allegiance rests with his Islamic brothers who have vowed to kill all of us.

Barack Obama: The Synthetic President

     It appears that President Obama has led a synthetic and imitative political career. There is no doubt that funding was provided and opportunities presented to this young man with a limited resume. His community organizing, his prosaic performance as an Illinois legislator and state senator did nothing to prepare him with skill required to hold the office of President of the United States.  His want of executive ability was overshadowed by his message of “Hope and Change”. A love affair with his campaign mantra was embraced by the political main stream media and swooned over by the Plantation crowd.

     It is obvious that Obama does not have the slightest grip on history and relies on the ever present teleprompter to deliver the briefest of statements. He delivers a snap judgment about a Boston police officer who arrested a recalcitrant Harvard professer-friend and out of the other side of his mouth warns Americans against jumping to conclusions about a mass murderer at Fort Hood who shouted “Allahu Akbar” while cutting down American soldiers. He cultivates his Plantation Legion with his shameless hypocrisy knowing full well that they will believe and accept anything that has a carrot attached to it. He is like the Pied Piper, with his extreme Leftest friends and colleagues who are flirting with the populous while he dallies down the road to communisim.

     Inevitably, his political reign will posotion him to destroy the Democratic Party’s hold on power in congress, because in the end it was never about the party. It was always about his communist ideology, learned at an early age from family, mentors and college professors.

     When anyone else would quickly and proudly produce their birth certficate, Obama has spent over a million dollars to deny access to his. Most of his other documents, the paper trail that we leave in our wake, have been sequestered from review. He has led a make-believe life whose true fact remain hidden from view.

     Barack Hussein Obama exists only as a pawn of his managers who have maneuvered and manufactured this pathetic individual’s life.

Let Me Be Clear: By Any Measure, I Am A Crybaby

     I am America’s first black president. I captured the hopes and dreams of millions of Americans who believed in my message of Hope and Change. If not for one man, George Bush and his never-ending failed Capitalist Administration, I would have had the congressional healthcare negotiations broadcast live on C-SPAN. I would have closed down Guantanamo prison in the first year of my administration. Yes, that War Monger George, interfered with my no condition peace talks with America’s most hate-filled enemies denying an era of global co-operation. North Korea would have ended its tyrannical regime and integrity would have been restored to the federal government.

     Yes, it’s all George Bush’s fault. Iran would have stopped its work on developing a nuclear bomb and I would have chosen a home church to attend Sunday services with my family. Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid would not have the heavy yoke of the Republicans around their necks and there would be no earmarks, no closed-door drafting of bills, no increase of deficit spending, no special – interest influence (unions) no vote buying (Nebraska Corn Husker & The Lousiana Purchase).

     If only George Bush was still not in charge, we would have immigration reform and there would have been no voter rebellion in Massachusetts. The angry voters who propelled me into office would now be contented and well established on my plantation. I would have kept all my promises and the economy would be on track.

     Will the failed administration of George Bush ever end? It is time for Hope and Change to arrive. It is time to give me a chance to take resposibility for-My Reign.

Destroying Capitalism: Obama

     Obama’s flight to Socialism is approaching the objective of Roosevelt’s “New Deal”. As he purposely overwhelms the U.S. economy with economic crisis and social chaos, he undertakes a strategy to destroy our capitalist economy from within. His project to socialize America by overwhelming the system with government spending and entitlement demands is his Machiavellian plan to turn the United States into a socialist / Marxist state with a permanent majority that is hopelessly in need of government for survival…and can be counted on to always vote for bigger government. The plantation legion readily accepts this collective harvest because they have no responsibility to pay for it.

    Obama has no concern of adding trillions of dollars to the national debt to fund the Universal Health Care program that has little to do with healthcare and everything to do with unionizing millions of hospital and healthcare workers. What gratifies him is that his program cements the dependence of 30 million American voters to Democrats and big government and adds 20 thousand  new IRS agents who will join government employee unions.

     Like healthcare legislation having nothing to do with healthcare, Cap and Trade has nothing to do with global warming. It has everything to do with redistribution of income, government control of the economy and criminal payoff to Obama’s biggest contributors. Those powerful and wealthy unions and contributors like GE, which owns NBC, MSNBC and CNBC can then be counted onto support everything that Obama wants. They will kickback hundreds of millions of dollars to Obama and the Democratic party to keep them in power.

     Legalize 12 million illegal immigrants and add 12 million new reliable Democratic voters who can be counted on to support big government. Never mind that these new citizens will overwhelm our already financially fragile healthcare,welfare and social security system. Little does Obama care about the economic wreckage he has created so long that his Machiavellian strategy achieves its purpose of transforming the United States into a third world socialist state.

     Where did the Stimulus and Bailout money go? It went to Democratic contributors, organizations (ACORN) and unions-including billions of dollars to save or create jobs for government employees across the country. It went to GM and Chrysler so that their employees could keep paying union dues. It went to AIG so that Goldman Sacks could be bailed out (after giving Obama almost a million dollars in contributions).

     Obama and his regime have created a vast and rapidly expanding constituency of voters dependent on big government; a vast privileged class of public employees who work for big government and a government dedicated to destroying capitalism by installing themselves as socialist rulers by overwhelming the system.

     The perfect Marxist scheme, our country goes broke, future generations face a dismal future, but Obama, The Democratic party, government and the unions grow more powerful.   The ends justify the means.

Obama’s Fraud…Pigford vs Glickman

     This little known legal case is one of the most shocking examples of corruption in the federal government, As a result of Shirley Sherrod’s scream of racism, it exposed then senator Barack Hussein Obama’s 1.25 billion dollar fraud against the citizens of the United States.

     In 1997, 400 African – American farmers sued the United States Department of Agriculture, alleging that they had been unfairly denied USDA loans due to racial discrimination during the period 1983 to 1997. The case was titled “Pigford vs Glickman” and in 1999 the black farmers won their case. The government agreed to pay each of them as much as $50,000 dollars to settle their claim.

     In February of 2010, something shocking happened in relation to that original judgment. In total silence Shirley Sherrod’s USDA agreed to release more funds to Pigford. The amount was a staggering $1.25 billion dollars. This was because the original number of plaintiffs, 400 black farmers had now swollen to include a total of 86,000 black farmers throughout America

     There was a major problem associated with this. The United States of America does not have 86,000 black farmers. According to accurate and verified census data, the total number of black farmers throughout America is 39,697.

     How did 400 plaintiffs explode into 86,000 claims? We need to turn to the woman who not only spearheaded this case because of her position at the “Rural Development Leadership Network” but whose family received the highest single payout (approximately 13 million dollars) from that action–Shirley Sherrod.

     It appears that this obscure USDA official unwittingly exposed herself as the perpetrator of the biggest fraud claims in the United States. A fraud exposed solely because she screamed racism at the government and cowed them into submission.

     Ms. Sherrod’s (Pandora’s Box) has also exposed the person who aided and abetted her in this race fraud. As it turns out, the original judgment of “Pigford vs Glickman” in 1999 only applied to 16,000 black farmers. But in 2008, a junior senator got a law passed to reopen the case and allow more black farmers to sue for funds. That senator was Barack Hussein Obama.

     Because this law passed in dead silence and because the woman responsible for spearheading it was a low level USDA official, American tax payers did not realize that they had been forced in the midst of a worldwide depression to pay out more than 1.25 billion dollars to settle a race claim

     Barrack Hussein Obama has stumbled headfirst into which has now resulted in the entire world discovering the existence of his involvement in this corrupt financial judgment.

     This discovery of fraud and corruption comes from a president who states that “America is Arrogant” and “We’re no longer a Christian nation”. His wife, the “First Lady” announces to the world that “America is mean spirited”. Obama is totally ignorant of the generations of American service men and women  buried all over the globe who died for no other reason than to free total strangers from tyranny and hopelessness. He is without shame or gratefulness for the gifts that America has given him. This president insults the memory of those Americans who shed their blood on foreign shores fighting against the very ideology the he aspires to.

Taxation–An Analysis by Ibn Khaldun

Ibn Khaldun, the Arab philosopher, historian and politician, was born in Tunis in1332. His major work is the Muqaddimah or Outline of History, from which the following translation is taken.

Taxation and the Reason for Low and High Tax Revenues:

“It should be known that at the beginning of a dynasty, taxation yields a large revenue from small assessments. At the end of the dynasty, taxation yields a small revenue from large assessments…….. When the dynasty continues in power and their rulers follow each other in succession, they become sophisticated. The Bedouin attitude and simplicity lose their  significance and the Bedouin qualities of moderation and restraint disappear. Royal authority with its tyranny and sedentary culture that stimulates sophistication, make their appearance. The people of the dynasty then acquire qualities of character related to cleverness. Their customs and needs become more varied because of the prosperity and luxury in which they are immersed. As a result, the individual imposts and assessments upon the subjects, agricultural labourers, farmers and all the tax payers, increase. Eventually, the taxes will weigh heavily upon the subjects and overburden them. Heavy taxes become an obligation and tradition, because the increases took place gradually and no one knows specifically who increased them or levied them. They lie upon the subjects like an obligation and tradition. The assessments increase beyond the limits of equity. The result is that the interest of the subjects in cultural enterprise disappears, since when they compare expenditures and taxes with their income and gain and see the little profit they make, they lose all hope. Therefore, many of them refrain from all cultural activity. The result is that total tax revenue goes down, as individual assessments go down. Often, when the decrease is noticed, the amounts of individual imposts are increased. This is considered a means of compensating for the decrease. Finally, individual imposts and assessments reach their limit. It would be of no avail to increase them further. The costs of all cultural enterprise are now to high, the taxes are too heavy and the profits anticipated fail to materialise. Finally, civilization is destroyed, because the incentive for cultural activity is gone. It is the dynasty that suffers from the situation,because it profits from cultural activity. If one understands this, he  will realise that the strongest incentive for cultural activity to lower as much as possible the amounts of individual imposts levied upon persons capable of undertaking cultural enterprise. In this manner, such persons will be pshchologically disposed to undertake them, because they can be confident of making a profit from them.

Back on Uncle Sam’s plantation

     Six years ago I wrote a book called Uncle Sam’s Plantation. I wrote the book to tell my own story of what I saw living inside the Welfare State and my own transformation out of it.

     I said in that book that indeed there are two Americas–a poor America on Socialism and a wealthy America on Capitalism.

     I talked about government programs like Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Job Opportunities and Basic Skills Training (JOBS), Emergency Assistance to Needy Families with Children (EANF), Section 8 Housing and Food Stamps.

     A vast sea of perhaps well-intentioned government programs, all initially set into motion in the 1960s, that were going to lift the nation’s poor out of poverty.

     A benevolent Uncle Sam welcomed mostly poor black Americans into the government plantation. those who accepted the invitation switched mindsets from “How do I take care of myself? ” to “What do I have to do to stay on the plantation?”

     Instead of solving economic problems, government Welfare Socialism

created monstrous moral and spiritual problems–the kind of problems that are inevitable when individuals turn responsibility for their lives over to others.

     The legacy of American socialism is our blighted inner cities, dysfunctional inner city schools and broken black families.

     Through God’s grace, I found my way out. It was then that I understood what Freedom meant and how great this country is.

     I had the privilege of working on welfare reform in 1996, passed by a Republican Congress and signed by 50%.

     I thought that we were on the road to moving Socialism out of our poor black communities and creating it with wealth-producing American Capitalism.

     But incredibly, we are going in the opposite direction.

     Instead of poor America on Socialism becoming more like America on Capitialism, rich America on Capitalism is becoming like poor America on Socialism.

     Uncle Sam has welcomed our banks onto the plantation and they have said, “Thank you, Suh.”

     Now, instead of thinking about what creative things need to be done to serve customers, they are thinking about what they have to tell the Massah in order to get their cash.

     There is some kind of irony that this is all happening under our first black president on the 200 anniversary of the birthday of Abraham Lincoln.

     Worse, Socialism seems to be the element of our new young president. And maybe even more troubling, our corporate executives seem happy to move onto the plantation.

     In an op-ed on the opinion page of the Washington Post, Mr. Obama is clear that the goal of his trillion dollar spending plan is much more than short term economic stimulus.

     “This plan is more than a prescription for short-term spending–it’s a strategy for America’s long-term growth and opportunity in areas such as renewable energy, healthcare and education.”

    Perhaps more incredibly, Obama seems to think that government taking over an economy is a new idea. Or that massive growth in government can take place “with unprecedented transparency and accountability.”

     We heard it  from Jimmy Carter when he created the Department of Energy, the Synfuels Corporation and The Department of Education. Or how about the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964–The War on Poverty–which President Johnson said “…does not merely expand old programs or improve what is already being done. It charts a new course. It strikes at the causes, not just the consequences of poverty..”

     Trillions of Dollars later, black poverty is the same. But black families are not, with triple the incidence of single-parent homes and out-of-wedlock births.

     Does anyone really need to think about what the choice should be?

Who Am I?

     I was born in one country, raised in another. My father was born in another country. I was not his only child. He fathered several children with numerous women.

     I became very close to my mother, as my father showed no interest in me. My mother died at an early age from cancer.

     Later in life, questions arose over my real name. My birth records were sketchy and no one was able to produce a legitimate, reliable birth certificate.

     I grew up practicing one faith but was converted to Christianity, as it was widely accepted in  my country. However, I praciticed non-traditional beliefs and didn’t follow Christianity, except in the scrutiny of the public eye.

     I worked and lived among lower-class people as a young adult, disguising myself as someone who really cared about them. that was before I decided it was time to get serious about my life and embarked on a new career.

     I wrote a book about my struggles growing up. It was clear to those who had read my memoirs that I had dfficulties accepting that my father had adopted abandoned me as a child.

     I became active in local politics in my 30′s then with the help from behind the scenes I literally burst onto the scene as a candidate for national office in my 40′s. They said that I had a golden tongue and could talk anyone into anything. That reinforced my conceit.

     I had a virtually non-existent resume, little work history and no experience in leading a single organization. Yet, I was a powerful speaker and citizens were drawn to me as though I were a magnet and they were small roofing tacks. I drew incredibly large crowds during my public appearances. This bolstered my ego.

     At first, my political campagin focused on my country’s foreign policy. I was very critical of my country in the last war and seized every opportunity to bash my country.

     What launched my rise to power  were my views on my country’s economy. I prentened to have a really good plan on how we could do better and every poor would be fed and housed for free.

     I knew which group was responsible for getting us into this mess. It was the free market, banks and corporations. I decided to start making citizens hate them and if they were envious of others who did well, my plan was clinched tight.

     I called mine “A Peoples Campaign” and that sounded good to all people.

     I was the surprise candidate because I emerged from outside the traditional path of politics and was able to gain widespread popular support. I knew that if I merely offered the people “Hope” together we could “Change” our country and the world.

    I started to make speeches that sounded like they were on behalf of the downtrodden, poor, ignorant and included the “persecuted minorities” like the Jews. My true views were not widely known and I neede to keep them unknown until after I became my nations leader.

     I had to carefully guard reality, as anybody could have easily found out what I really believed if they had simply read my writings and examined those people I associated with. I’m glad that they didn’t. I became the most powerful man in the world. And the world learned the truth.

Europe-Thy Name Is Cowardice

APPEASEMENT cost millions of Jews and non-Jews their lives, as England and France, allies at the time, negotiated and hesitated too long before they noticed that Hitler was not bound to toothless agreements and had to be fought.

APPEASEMENT legitimized and stabilized Communism in the Soviet Union, then East Germany, then all the rest of Eastern Europe, where for decades, Inhuman Suppressive, Murderous Governments were glorified as the ideologically correct alternative to all other possibilities.

APPEASEMENT Crippled Europe when genocide ran Rampant in Kosovo, even though they had Absolute proof of ongoing Mass-Murder. The Europeans debated and debated and were still debating when We, The Americans, again ,came from half way around the World to prevent the Wholesale Political Slaughter.

APPEASEMENT generates a mentality that allows Europe to ignore nearly 500,000 victims of Saddam’s Torture and Murder Machinery and motivated by the Self-righteousness of the Peace Movement, has the Gall to issue Bad Grades to George Bush… Even as it uncovered that the loudest critics of the American Action in Iraq, made Tens of Billions of Dollars in the Corrupt U.N. Oil-for-Food program.

     Rather than protecting democracy in the Middle East, European Appeasement camoflaged  behind the Fuzzy word “Equidistance,” Allows Terrorist’s Rocket Attacks on Israel by Hamas, while Obama hints of Israeli consessions.

     Now Germany is faced with a particularly grotesque form of Appeasement. German leadership is reacting to the Escalating Violence by Islamic fundamentalists in Holland, Sweden and The Netherlands,by suggesting that they should have a “Muslim Holiday” in Germany. In support of the European Captiulation to Islam, Obama declares “We are not at war with Islam and we will never be.” Obama, also states “there should be more Muslim representation in the White House.”

     The German leadership actually believe that  creating an Official State ”Muslim Holiday” will somehow spare them from the wrath of the Fanatical Islamists. One cannot help but recall Britian’s Neville Chamberlain waving the laughable treaty signed by Adolph Hitler and declaring European “Peace in Our Time.”

     AN APPEAESER IS ONE WHO FEEDS THE CROCODILE AND HOPES THAT IT WILL EAT HIM LAST.

        What else has to happen before the European Public and its Ploitical Leadership Get It? There is an Islamic Crusade underway, an especially perfidious Crusade consisting of systematic attacks by Fanatical Muslims, focused on Civilians, directed against our free, open Western Societies and Intent upon Western Civilation’s Total Destruction.

     Islam’s insidious conflict will most likely last longer than any of the great military conflicts of the last century. This conflict is conducted by an Enemy that cannot be Tamed by “Tolerance” and “Accomodation” but is actually spurred on by such gestures, which have proven to be and will always be taken by the Islamists for signs of Weakness. Only two recent American Presidents had the courage needed for Anti-Appeasement:  Reagan and Bush.

     Our American critics may quibble  on the details, but the Europeans know the Truth. They saw it first hand : Ronald Reagan ended The Cold War, freeing half of the German people from nearly 50 years of Terror and virtual Slavery. Bush, supported  by Social Democrat Blair, acting on Moral Conviction, recognized the Danger in the Islamic War against Democracy. His place in history will have to be evaluated well after a number of years have passed.

     Instead of defending its Liberal Society’s values and being an attractive center of Power as America and China, it sits back with its Charismatic Self-confidence in its Multicultural Corner and eats Cake as the Islamic Movement devours their Social Fabric.

     The Eurpoeans are devoid of Moral Compass and present themelves in contrast to The Arrogant Americans. Even our current President has picked up the the “Arrogant” theme and is bowing down to an Arabian King and apologizing for our American Heroes for bleeding to death on Europe’s soil, while defending these Countries against the Tyranny of Fascisim.   

     While the Europeans criticize the “Capitalistic Robber Barrons” of America because we seem to be sure of our Priorities, they timidly defend their social Welfare systems. They would rather discuss the reduction of the 35 hours work week, or Dental Coverage, or their Four Week Paid Vacations …. or listen to TV Pastors preach about the need to “Reach Out to Terrorists” To understand and Forgive.

General Norman Schwartzkoph believes that the best way to reach out to Terrorists is to facilitate a meeting between them and Alah.

“Regulation Czar”

     If you have followed the opening moves of the new white House, you are well aware that our Muslim President, Barack Hussein Obama has staffed his cabinet with some of the most anti-gun extremists ever seen in Washington D.C. Both Attorney General Eric Holder and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton have embraced every form of gun control, from registration to licensing, to gun bans. Their goals are about social engineering, not interpreting the law.

     Cass R. Sunstein, a professor at the “University of Chicago Law School” has been appointed by Obama to head the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. The office plays a critical role as a “gatekeeper,” reviewing regulation submitted by each federal agency in the federal bureaucracy.

     The future, according to Cass, includes the termination of Hunting in The United States, allowing animals to file lawsuits and Strangling Free Speech in the name of Democracy. He is in a position now to impose his radical views upon a population that is rich in hunting culture. Consider just a few of his statements that have made him the “Regulator” of choice by the Obama Administration.  In a keynote at a 2007 Harvard University conference called “Facing Animals” Sustein said, “We ought to ban hunting, if there isn’t a purpose other than sport and fun. That should be against the law. It’s time now.” In fact, in his book, Animal rights: Current Debates and New Directions, Sustein wrote, Animals should be permitted to bring suit, with human beings as their representatives, to prevent violations of current law. Any animals that are entitled to bring suit would be represented by (Human) counsel, who would owe guardian-like obligations and make decisions, subject to those obligations, on their clients’ behalf.

     As the White House “Regulatory Czar” Sunstein will have the ability to affect your Right To Keep and Bear Arms, your Freedom to Hunt and all your Freedoms as an American are more profoundly affected  in more ways than you’ve probably even imagined.

        Sunstein might sound like a nut, but he’s highly regarded in some legal circles as a bright light and visionary thinker. He is even being floated as a candidate for the next vacancy on the U.S. Supreme Court.

     Considering Sunstein’s views on Firearms Freedom-he believes that the Second Amendment was not meant to protect an Individual Right. That issue was narrowly decided by the Supreme Court in August of 2008. In a 5 to 4 victory, the court determined that the founding fathers included in the Bill of Rights, the individual right to bear arms. Washington, Adams, Jefferson each made it clear that the individual has the god given right to protect himself and his family from harm. Most importantly, each citizen has the right to protect himself from tyranny of his government. With the prospect of our current “Regulation Czar” being appointed to the Supreme Court, our right to bear arms could be in serious jeopardy.

     Sunstein’s opinion of Free Speech is that it is a danger to Democracy. In his apparent distrust for consumer choice and citizen sovereignty, he seems to think that “We The People” are too stupid, too gullible and too easily swayed in our political opinions.      While people around the planet celebrate the built-in fairness of an Internet where anyone can be a publisher and where all views have equal access to the marketplace of ideas, Sunstein worries that by allowing us to choose where we get our information, the internet “balkanizes” us into polarized groups.

     Sunstein writes: “For citizens of a heterogeneous democracy, a fragmented communications market creates considerable dangers. There are dangers for each of us as individuals; constant exposure to one set of views is likely to lead to errors and confusions, or to unthinking conformity. His solution is more rules, more regulation and more Nanny-State intrusion in the name of “for your own good.” Sunstein has advocated a regulation requiring that  every Internet site contain links to sites with opposing views. What Sunstein is saying, is that limitless choices are bad, free , unfettered debate is dangerous, ”democratic efforts” to control it-for your own good, are not necessarily wrong.

     Throughout  history, almost without exception, the most lethal attacks on human freedom have been committed by ideologues who thought they knew a better way. Cass Sunstein seems to think that he knows a better way. In light of the Democratic Party’s desire to reimpose the so-called “Fairness Doctrine, his remarks on free speech are truly frightening.

  In a letter written toward the end of his life, Jefferson best expressed the interrelated principals of the First and Second Amendments and the Higher Law that is the foundation of such Rights, in language reminiscent of the Declaration of Independence.  In a June 5th, 1824, missive to English Whig Major, John Cartwright, Jefferson wrote that the American Revolution “presented us an album on which we were free to write what we pleased,” excluding royal parchments but appealing “to those of nature” that were “engraved on our hearts.” Jefferson continued about some of its “important principals: the constitutions of most of our States assert, that all power is inherent in the people; that they may exercise it by themselves, in all cases to which they think themselves competent…. that it is their right and duty to be at all times armed; that they are entitled to freedom of person, freedom of religion, freedom of property and freedom of the press.” Jefferson continued by denying that “one generation can bind another and all others, in succession forever,” for “the creator has made the earth for the living, not the dead. Rights and powers can only belong to persons…” But he concluded with an absolute: “Nothing then is unchangeable but the inherent and unalienable rights of man.” Jefferson refrenced the people’s “right and duty to be at all times armed,” this meant that the duty could be changed by the majority, but that the right was inherent and unalienable.

     James Madison, writing at some point between 1829 and 1836, penned some reflections of the 1829 Virginia constitutional convention. Madison’s following words best captured the reasons for the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, which he had drafted. ” A government resting on a minority, is an aristocracy not a Republic and could not be safe with a numerical and physical force against it, without a standing Army, an enslaved press and disarmed populace.”

Sweden Rocked by Radical Muslims

     A few years ago, the left-wing London guardian newspaper called Sweden the most successful society the world have ever known. But Sweden today is being rocked by a large influx of Muslim immigrants and the growth of radical Islam.

     Malmo is Sweden’s 3rd largest city and a major epicenter of the Islamization of Europe. wide-open immigration policies have changed Sweden and have made Malmo, which is now one-quarter Muslim, one of the most racially divided cities in Europe.

     Most Muslim immigrants are concentrated in one district, where the male unemployment rate is 82 percent. Crime affects one of three families in the city and rape has tripled  in 20 years, according to the Christian Broadcasting Network.

     In one housing project in the district, fire and emergency workers will no longer enter without police protection.

     Malmo has been so accommodating toward immigrant Muslims that a local Muslim politician and imam has even declared, “The best Islamic state is Sweden.”

     But Malmo’s Jews won’t give the same glowing assessment. Jews who dare to walk the streets wearing yarmulkes on their heads risk being beat up.

     When Israel recently played Sweden in a Davis Cup tennis match in Malmo, protesters demonstrated against the Israeli presence inthe city and hundreds attacked police.

     Journalist Lars Hedegaard, who is bases across a bridge-tunnel from Malmo in Copenhagen, Denmark, told CBN News that pro-Israeli demonstrators in Malmo were met with rocks, bottles and pipe bombs from Palestinians and othe Arabs.

     Right-Wing Swedish Democrats, who support limits on immigration, have been stigmatized by the Left-Wing Swedish media as Fascist and bigoted. But there is a growing acceptance that “The Swedish Model” – generous welfare benefits combined with liberal immigration policies – is now unsustainable, according to CBN News.

Gun Control In Butte Montana

SHOTGUN PRETEEN  VS  ILLEGAL ALIEN HOME INVADERS:

     Two illegal aliens, Ralphel Resindez, 23 and Enrico Garza probably believed they would easily overpower home-alone Patricia Harrington after her father had left their two-story home.

     It seems that the two crooks never learned two things: they were in Montana and Patricia had been a clay shooting champion since she was nine.

     Patricia was in her upstairs bedroom when the two men broke through the front door of her home. She quickly ran to her fathers room and grabbed his 12 guage Mossberg 500 shotgun.

     Resindez was the first to get up to the second floor only to be the first to catch a near point blank blast of buckshot from the 11 year-old’s knee crouch aim. He suffered fatal wounds to his abdomen and genitals.

     When Garza ran to the foot of the stairs, he took a blast to the left shoulder and staggered out into the street where he bled to death before medical help could arrive.

     It was found out later that Resindez was armed with a stolen .45 caliber handgun that he took from another home invasion robbery. That victim, 50 year old David Burien, was not so lucky. He died from stab wounds to the chest.

     Patricia Harrington is an 11 year old girl, who was properly trained, defended her home and her life against two criminal illegal aliens. She is the winner, she is still alive.

     This episode serves as an example as to WHY we need to preserve our Second Amendment Rights and Defend these Rights against the incessant attacks by our Socialist leaders. Muslim Obama, Socialist Clinton and World Socialist Soros were not in Butte Montana that day to protect Patricia when she was attacked, nor will they ever be there for the other Patricias that will be targeted by THEIR citizens of the world.

     Our new Secretary of Education Arne Duncan’s cure for what he describes as Health Epidemic, is getting rid of Guns. Duncan is the only Cabinet member who has actually won an award from the gun-ban lobby. The Illinois Council Against Handgun Violence, presented Duncan with the “Man of the Year” award in 2008. It is little strange, though, that the gun-lobby calls it’s prize the “Abraham Lincoln Award.” Duncan denounces ”our appalling facination with guns,” President Lincoln was facinated with gun design, as detailed in the book Lincoln and the Tools of War.

     I come to America with a mission. All is not well in the old world. There is a tremendous danger looming and it is very difficult to be optomistic. We might be in the final stages Islaminization of Eurpoe. This is not only a clear and present danger to the future of Europe itself, it is a threat to America and the sheer survival of the West. The United States is the Last Bastion of Western civilization, facing an Islamic Europe.

     The Europe you know is changing. You have probably seen the landmarks. But in all of these cities, sometimes a few blocks away from your tourist destination, there is another world. It is a world of a parallel society created by Muslim-mass-migration. All throughout Europe a new reality is rising. There are entire Muslim neighborhoods where very few indigenous people reside or are ever seen. It’s a world of head scarves, where women walk around in figureless tents, with baby strollers and a group of children.  There husbands or slaveholders if you prefer, walk three steps ahead. There are mosques on many street corners and shops have signs that you cannot read. You will be hardpressed to find any economic activity. These are Muslim ghettos controlled by religious fanatics. These are Muslim neighborhoods and they are mushrooming in every city across Europe. The are building -blocks for Territorial Control of increasingly larger portions of Europe, Street by street, neighborhood by neighborhood, city by city. There are now thousands of Mosques throughout Europe, with larger congregations than there are in Christian churches. And in every European city there are plans to build super-mosques that will dwarf every church in the region. Clearly, the signal: We Rule.

     Many European cities are already one-quarter Muslim: Amsterdam, Marseille and Malmo in Sweden. In many cities the majority of under-18 population is Muslim. Paris is now surrounded by a ring of Muslim neighborhoods. Mohammed is the most popular name among boys in many cities. In some elementary schools in Amsterdam, the farm can no longer be mentioned, because that would also mean mentioning the pig and that would be an insult to Muslims. Many state schools in Belgium and Denmark only serve hala food to all pupils. In once-tolerent Amsterdam gays are beaten up almost exclusively by Muslims. Non-Muslim women routinely hear “whore, whore”.  In France school teachers are advised to avoid authors deemed offensive to Muslims, including Voltaire and Diderot; the same is increasively true of Darwin. The history of the Holocaust can no loner be taught because of Muslim sensitivity. In England sharia courts are now offically part of the British legal system. Many neighborhood in France are no-go areas for women without headscarves. Last week a man almost died after being beaten up by Muslims in Brussels, because he was drinking during the Ramadon. Jews are fleeing France in record numbers, on the run for the streets of Tel Aviv and Netanya, Israel.

     A total of FIFTY-FOUR MILLION Muslims now live in Europe. San Diego University recently calculated that a staggaring 25 percent of the population in Europe will be Muslim in just 12 years from now. Bernhard Lewis has predicited a Muslim majority by the end of the century. Now these are just numbers. And numbers should not be threatening if the Muslim-immigrants had a strong desire to assimilate. But there few signs of that. The Pew Research Center reported that half of French Muslims see their loyalty to Islam as greater than their loyalty to France. One-Third of French Muslims do not object to Suicide Attacks.  The British Center for Social Cohesian reported that one third of British Muslim students are in favor a worldwide califate. Muslim demand what they call “respect”. And this is how we give them respect. We have Muslim official state holidays.

     The Christian-Democratic attorney general is willing to accept sharia in the Netherlands if there is a Muslim majority. We have cabinet members with passports from Morocco and Turkey. Muslims demands are supported by unlawful behavior, ranging from petty crimes and random violence, for example against ambulance workers and bus drivers, to small-scale riots. Paris has seen its uprising in the low -income suburbs, the banlieus. I call the perpetrators “settlers”. Because that is what they are. They do not come to integrate into our societies, they come to integrate our society into their Dar-al- Islam.Therefore, they are Settlers.

     Much of this street violence is directed exclusively against n0n-Muslims, forcing many native people to leave their neighborhoods, and their countries. Moreover, Muslims are  now a swing vote not to be ignored.

     We all need to understand the importance of the prophet Mohammed in the Islamic world. His behavior is an example to all Muslims and cannot be criticized. Now, if Mohammed had been a man of peace, let us say like Ghandi and Mother Theresa wrapped in one, there would be no problem. But Mohammed was a war lord, a mass murderer, a pedophile and had several marriages at the same time. Islamic tradition tell us how he fought in battles, how he had his enemies murdered and even had prisoners of war executed. Mohammed led the slaughter of the Jewish tribe of Banu-Qurayza. If it is good for Islam, it is good. If it is bad for Islam, it is bad.

     Let no one fool you about Islam being a religion. Sure it has a god and a hereafter and 72 virgins. But in essence Islam is a political ideology. It is a system that lays down detailed rules for society and the life of every person. Islam want to dictate every aspect of life. Islam means “submission”. Islam is not compatible with freedom and democracy, because what it strives for is sharia. If you want to compare it to anything, compare it to  Communism or National Socialism, these are all totalitarian ideologies.

     Now you know why Churchill called Islam “The most retrograde force in the world” and why he compared Mein Kampf  to the Quran.  The public has wholeheartedly accepted the Palestinian narriative and sees Israel as the aggressor. I have lived in this country and visited it dozens of times. I support Israel. first, because it is the Jewish Homeland after two thousand years of exile up to and including Auschwitz, second, because it is a domocracy and third because Israel is our first line of defense.

     This tiny country is situated on the fault line of jihad, frustrating Islam’s territorial advance. Israel is facing the front lines of jihad, like Kashmire, Kosove, the Philippines, Southern Thailand, Darfur in Sudan, Lebanon and Aceh in Indonesia. Israel is simply in the way. The same way West-Berlin was during the Cold War.

     The War against Israel is not a war against Israel. It is a war against the West. It is a jihad. Israel is simply receiving the blows that are meant for all of us. If there had been no Israel, Islamic imperialism would found other venues to release its energy and its desire for conquest. Thanks to Israeli parents who send their children to the army and lay awake at night, parents in Europe and America can sleep well and dream, unaware of the dangers looming.

     Many in Europe argue in favor of abandoning Israel in order to address the grievences of our Muslim minorties. But if Israel were, God forbid, to go down, it would not bring any solice to the West. It would not mean our Muslim minorities would all of the sudden change their behavior and accept our values. On the contrary, the end of Israel would give enormous encouragement to the forces of Islam. They would, and rightly so, see the demise of Israel as proof that the West is weak and doomed. The end of Israel would not mean the end of our problems with Islam, but only the beginning. It would mean the start of the final battle for world domination. If they can get Israel, they can get everything. So-called journalists volunteer to lable any and all critics of Islaminization as  “Right-wing extremists or racists. In my country, the Netherlands, 60 percent of the population now sees the mass immigration of Muslims as the number one policy mistake since World War II. And another 60 percent sees Islam as the biggest threat. Yet there is a greater danger than Terrorists attack. the scenerio of America as the Last Man Standing. the lights may go out in Europe faster than you can imagine. An Islamic Europe means a Europe without freedom and democracy, an economic wasteland, an intellectual nightmare and a loss of military might for America, as its allies will turn into enemies, enemies with atomic bombs. With an Islamic Europe, it would be up to America alone to preserve the heritgae of Rome, Athens and Jerusalem.

    Dear Friends, Liberty is the most precious of gifts. My generation never had to fight for this Freedom, it was offered to us on a silver platter, by people who fought for it with thier lives. All throughout Europe American cemetaries remind us of the young boys who never made it home and whose memories we cherish. My generation does not own this Freedom; we are merely its custodians. We can only hand over this hard won Liberty to Europe’s children in the same state in which it was offered to us. We cannot strike a deal with the Mullahs and Imams. Future generations would never forgive us. We cannot sqander our Liberties. We simply don’t have the right to do so.

     The quote in the body of Mr. Wilders speech that refrences Winston Churchill’s statement that refers to Islam as “The  most retrograde force in the world” has a particular meaning and is the core issue of the “diplomatic Disaster” with our closet Muslim President, Barack Hussein Obama and our strongest European ally, Great Britian. The main stream media has speculated that since  Obama’s father was a Kenyan, he took umbrage at Prime Minister Churchill’s actions in 1953 of wiping out the Mau-Mau, the Kenyon Terrorists who made a speciality of slitting the throats of white and Black Kenyans. I suggest that Obama’s distain for Winston Churchill goes far deeper than the Mau-Mau campaign of 1953. It is rooted in Islam’s strategy to divide the West and subjugate our citizens. Obama’s actions are the result of Churchill’s military campaigns against Muslim countries that date back to 1898 with his involvement in the battle of Omdurman in Sudan. After the outbreak of the First World War, he supported the Dardanelles Campaign, an operation against the Turks, a Muslim population. Although the Gallipoli /Dardanell Campaign was a failed disaster and did great harm to Churchill’s reputation, it was never the less a campaign against a Muslim country. In 1914, three months before the start of world War I, the British government, through the insistance of Winston Churchill, First Lord of The Admiralty, bought 51 % of Anglo-Iranian Oil company for two million pounds, stipulating that the company must always remain an independent British concern. Churchill’s history with Islam by warring with them, manipulating their oil reserves and his participation in the establishment of post war Middle East has a greater impact on Muslim Obama’s concern for Islam than the slaughtered Mau-Mau tribesmen of Kenya.

     The bust of Winston Churchill that Prime Minister Tony Blair had presented to the United States, as a gift from the British people, a diplomatic asset and a symbol of a “Special Relationship” has been ordered by Obama to be returned to the British Embassy, officially breaking these special ties. Our Socialist/Muslim leader has instructed the State Department to engage with Syria, Iran,the PLO and the Taliban. In the same breath, he is distancing himself from our staunchest allies, Britain and Israel. Obama is aware that Churchill is esteemed in Israel. Churchill, a Zionist, was the first politician to call for the creation of Israel in 1905. So Obama’s dissing of Churchill is sending a message to Israel. It is support of the appeasement policies that Churchill so resolutely opposed. “an appeaser is one who feeds the crocodile hoping it will eat him last”.

     The special relationship that Churchill cited was sealed by the blood Britons shed fighting with Americans: two World Wars, Korea, Desert Storm in Kuwait, Bosnia and Iraq. the first joint military cooperation was in Manila Bay, 1898, when a British warship assisted the Americans in the defeat of the colonialists Spain.

     For Obama to disrespect Winston Churchill and our oldest ally is not only egregious diplomacy, it is also dishonoring history’s singular giant fight against tyranny and the championship of Freedom and Democracy.    

Ours is an alliance cemented by our common heritage and language, the common law and a representative democracy. Churchill, whose mother was an American, embodied that relationship.

President Obama Invites Hamas Terrorists to America

     By executive order, President Obama has ordered the expenditure of $20.3 million in migration assistance to the Palestinian refugees and conflict victims in Gaza.

     The “presidential determination” which allows hundreds of thousands of Palestinians with ties to Hamas to resettle in the United States was signed on January 27th, 2009, and appeared in the Federal Register on February 4th.

     President Obama’s decision, according to the Register, was neccessatated by ”the urgent refugee and migration needs” of the victims.

     Few on Capital Hill took note that the order provides a free ticket replete with housing and food allowances to individuals who have displayed their overwhelming support of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the Parliamentary election of January 2006.

     The Charter for Hamas calls for the replacement of the nation of Israel with a Palestinian Islamic state.

     Since its formation in 1994, Hamas has been responsible for hundred of Terrorists attacks, including the 2002 Passover suicide bombing. The leaders of the movement signed the World Islamic Statement of 1998-A document penned by Osama Bin Laden, which declared war on America and Israel.

     President Obama’s executive order is expected to bring hundreds of thousands of Palestinians, many with ties to radical Islam, to our shores, furthering a process that was inaugurated in 1965 by Senator Ted Kennedy and the Cedar-Hart bill.

THE OPEN GATE

     In 1965, Allah in his mercy raised up Senators Edward Kennedy and Edward Celler to initiate changes in the immigration law that made possible for the millions of Muslims to make their way to the New World-as the Christian Europeans had done in the early years of the 20th Century. The Cedar-Hart bill, which was signed into law by President Lyndon Johnson on October 3rd, 1965, abolished the national origin quotas that had been in effect since 1924. In the spirit of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, it barred discrimination on the basis of race, creed, religion or national origin. America, by fiat of liberal secular humanists, was to become a multicultural country-a country severed from its Judeo-Christian roots.

     Remaining cognizant of the common roots as the American people, our legislative had enacted stringent laws pertaining to immigration and naturalization. The Naturalization Act of 1790 stipulated that: Any Alien, being a free white person, may be admitted to become a citizen of the United States”. The Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882 prohibited Chinese families from immigrating to the United States. The Immigration Act of 1907, reorganized the states bordering Mexico (Arizona, New Mexico and a large part of Texas) into Mexican Border District to stem the flow of immigrants into United States.

     The Immigration Act of 1924 further limited the number of new immigrants by the establishment of a stringent quota system. The number of newcomers was now limited to 2 percent of each nationality who lived inthe country not in 1924 but in 1890. The reliance of this legislation on the ethnic composition of the country before the turn of the century guaranteed that the majority of the new arrivals would be from Northern Europe. since few Italians and Eastern Europeans lived in the U.S in 1890, the quotas for these nationalities became fixed at marginal rates and the number of new immigrants from “undesireable” regions were greatly reduced.

     It is hard to conceive that an act of Congress could be more culturally biased than the Immigration Act of 1954 and yet it received nearly unchallenged bipartisan support. The New York Times editorialized ” The country has a right to say who shall and who shall not come in…The basis of restriction must be chosen with a view not to the interest of any group or groups in this country…but rather with the view to the country’s best interest as a whole.

     In 1952, The McCarran Walter Immigration Act affirmed the national-origins quota system of 1924 and limited total annual immigration to one-sixth of one percent of the population of the United States in 1920, or 175,455. The act exempted spouses and children of U.S. citizens and people born in the Western Hemispher from the quota.

THE KENNEDY PROMISE

     But ,in 1965, Kennedy and company viewed such legislation as pig-headed and prejudicial. Few elected officials, Senator Sam Ervin of North Carolina – being one of the exceptions, dared to dissagree with them. Championing the Cedar -Hart bill, which called for the abolishment “Contrary to the charges in some quarters, S500 will not inundate America with immigrants from any other country or area, or the most populated and economically deprived nations of Africa and Asia. The charges that I have mentioned are highly emotional, irrational and with little foundation in fact. They are out of line with the obligation of responsible citizenship. They breed hate of our heritage.”

     Forty years after Senator Kennedy made this pledge, Dean Stevens Gillon of the Honors College at Okalahoma University assessed the results of the 1965 Immigration Act by noting:

     “The U.S. added at least 40 million immigrants after 1965. Before 1965, 95 percent of the new immigrants had come from Europe. After 1965, 95 percent came from the Third World. The 1965 act has transformed American Society and had consequences exactly the opposite of what we were promised.”

     In his speech before Congress, Senator Kennedy had said; “Our cities will not be flooded with immigrants annually.” The level of immigration, he swore, would remain the substancially the same as it was in 1965-156,700. This, too, proved to be woefully incorrect. The present immigration rate exceeds 1.5 million annually.

     The 1965 Cedar-Hart bill was the greatest bait-and-switch in history. Americans were promised one result and got the opposite result that they were promised would never happen. They were misled. They were deceived. They were swindled. They were told immigration levels would remain roughly the same and the ethnic composition of their country would not change. What they got was a Third World invasion that is converting America into another country.

     From 1965 to the present, more than half of all of the immigrants to America from the Middle East and Asia have been MUSLIM with radical ideologies.

     As the Christian Crusade once went East, now the ISLAMIC Crusade is going West. With the East-Asia- closed to Christianity, with Africa rapidly becoming converted to Islam, with Europe rapidly becoming un-Christian, generally today it is accepted that if the “Christian” civilization of America-which is propping up the white race around the world- is Christianity’s remaining strongest bastion.

     On June 6th, 2007,  33 Senators voted against English as America’s Official language.

Senators:

     Your vote against an amendment to the immigration Bill 1348….to make English America’s official language is astounding.

     On D-Day, no less, when we honor those that sacrificed in order to secure the Bedrock, Character and Principals of America, I can only surmise your vote reflects a loyalty to illegal aliens.

     I don’t much care where you come from, what your religion is, whether you are black, white or some other color……male or female……Democrat, Republican or Independent…… But I do care when you are a United States Senator representing citizens of America and vote against English as the official language of the United States.

     Your vote reflects Betrayal, Political Surrender, violates your Pledge of Allegiance, Dishonors Historical Principal, Rejects Patriotism, Borders on Traitorous action and, in my opinion, makes you unfit to serve as  a United States Senator….Impeachment….Recall…..or other appropriate action is warranted, or worse.

     Four Senators vying to lead America, but Won’t or Don’t have the courage to cast a vote in favor of English as America’s Official language when 91% of American citizens want English officially designated as our language.

     This is the second time in the last several months this list of Senators have disgraced themselves as “Political Hacks”….Unworthy as Senators and certainly unqualified to serve as President of The United States.

Are We Fighting a War on Terror or Aren’t We

     Are we fighting a war on terror or aren’t we? Was it or was it not started by Islamic people who brought it to our shores September 11th,2001?

     Weren’t people from all over the world, mostly Americans, not brutally murdered that day, in down town Manhattan, across the Potomac from our nations capital and in a field in Pennsylvania?

     Did nearly three thousand men, women and children die in a horrible, burning or crushing death that day?

     And I’m supposed to care that a copy of the “Koran” was “desecrated” when an overworked American soldier kicked it or got it wet? I don’t care, I don’t care at all.

     I’ll care about the Koran when the fanatics in the Middle East start caring about the Holy Bible, the mere possession of which is a Crime in Saudi Arabia.

     I’ll care when the American media stops pretending that their First Amendment liberties are somehow derived from international law instead of the United States Constitution’s Bill of Rights.

     In the mean time, when I hear a story about a brave young Marine roughing up a terrorist to obtain information, know this, I don’t care.

     When I see a wounded terrorist get shot in the head when he is told not to move because he might be booby-trapped, you can take it to the bank, I don’t care.

     When I hear that a prisoner, who was issued a Koran and a prayer mat and fed “special” food that is paid for by my tax dollars, is complaining that his holy book is being “mishandled” you can absolutely believe in your heart of hearts: I don’t care.

     While the desire to avoid identfying militant Islamists as evil terrorists is increasingly common in the media, this reflects widwspread ethical confusion. Too many people in the West make the mistake of accepting the moral equivalence between those who use violence against military and other non-civilian targets to achieve political freedom and terrorists who plan violent attacks against innocent civilians and civilian targets. The latter choose non-military targets in order to gain maximum media coverage and political impact.

     In a recent interview, General Norman Schwartzkopf was asked if he thought there was room for forgiveness toward the people who have harbored and abetted the terrorists who perpetrated the 9/11 attacks on America.  His answer was classic SCHWARTZKOPF: “I believe that forgiving them is God’s function. Our job is to arrange the meeting.”

ARTICLE II: You do not have the Right to never be Offended. This country is based on Freedom and  that  means Freedom for everyone—Not Just You! You may leave the room, turn the channel, express a different opinion, etc; but the world is full of idiots and probably always will be.

ARTICLE III: You do not have the Right to be Free from Harm. If you stick a screwdriver in your eye, learn to be more careful; do not expect the tool Manufacturer to make you and your relatives independently wealthy.

You do not have the Right to the possessions of others. If you Rob, Cheat or Coerce away the goods or services of other citizens, don’t be surprised if the rest of us get together and lock you away in a place where you still won’t have the Right to a big screen color TV or a life of leisure.

I Want a Divorce

     Dear American Liberals, Leftists, Social Progressives, Marxists,  and Obama supporters:

     We have stuck together for far too long, but the whole of this latest election process has made me realize that I want a divorce.

     I know that we have tolerated each other for many years for the sake of future generations, but sadly, this relationship has run its course.

     Our two ideological sides of America cannot and will not ever agree on what is right. So, let’s just end it on friendly terms. We can smile and chalk it up to irreconcilable differences and go our own way.

     Here is a model separation agreement to consider.

     Our two groups can divide up the country by landmass, each taking a portion. This will be the difficult part. However, I am sure that there are numerous qualified “Lawyers” to guide us to a resolution of this issue. After that, it should be relatively easy! Our respective representitives can effortlessly divide other assets, since both sides have distinct and disparate tastes.

     We don’t like Redistributive Taxes, so you can Keep them. You are welcome to liberal judges and the ACLU. Since you hate guns and war, We’ll take our Firearms, the Cops, the NRA and the Military.

     You can Keep Oprah, Michael Moore and Rosie O’donnell (You are, however, responsible for finding a bio-diesel vehicle big enough to move all three of them).

     We’ll Keep Capitalism, Greedy Corporations, Pharmaceutical Companies, Wall Mart and Wall Street.

     You can have your beloved Homeless, Homeboys, Hippies and Illegal Aliens. We’ll Keep The Hot Alaskan Hockey Moms, Greedy Ceos’ and Red Necks.

     We’ll Keep the Bibles and give you NBC and Hollywood. You can have the Peaceniks and War protesters.

     You can make nice with Iran and Palestine. We’ll retain the right to Invade and Hammer places that threaten us.

     When our Allies or our Way of Life is under assault, we’ll help provide them security.

The Democratic party has become the Lawyers’ Party. President Barack Hussein Obama, (Constitutional Law) claims that the Founding Fathers  got it wrong when they limited government Powers under the Constitution, thus protecting our citizens from Tyranny from that same government. Our current leader has stated that “The Founding Fathers should have included   in our Constitution, what the government will do FOR the citizens”

     There is another Baruch, known as Baruch Spinoza, a 17th century Jewish philosopher who wrote extensively on  Ethics and how it related to his political philosophy. Spinoza stated, “The only business of the state is Security for its Citizens and nothing else. Therefore, Freedom of Thought and Freedom of Speech are the fundamental Rights of the Citizen”.  Two Baracks, one a Jew, one a Muslim, Two Ideologies.

     Bill and Hillary Clinton as well as Michele Obama are lawyers. John Edwards, the other Democratic candidate for president, is a lawyer and so is his wife, Elizabeth. Every Democratic nominee since 1984 went to law school. (Although Al Gore did not graduate). Every Democratic vice presidential nominee since 1976, except for Lloyd Bentsen, went to law shcool. Look at the Democratic party in Congress: The Majority Leader in the Senate is a lawyer.

      The Republican Party is different. President Bush and Vice President Cheney were not lawyers, but business men. The leaders of the Republican Revolution were not lawyers. Newt Gingrich was a History Professor; Tom Delay was a Exterminator; Dick Armey was an Economist. House Minority Leader was a Plastic Manufacturer, not a lawyer. The former Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist is a heart surgeon.

     Who was the last Republican president who was a lawyer? Gerald Ford, who left office 31 years ago and who barely won the Republican nomination as a sitting president, running against Ronald Reagan in 1976. The Republican Party is made up of real people doing real work. The Democratic Party is made up of lawyers. Democrats mock and scorn men who create wealth, like Bush and Cheney or who heal the sick, like Frist, or who immerse themselves in history, like Gingrich.

     Harry Reid, the Senator from the state of Nevada and a lawyer, has one up on Clinton’s meaning of “is”.  Recently a professional geneology researcher from southern California, was doing some personal work on her own family tree. She discovered that Harry Reid’s great-great uncle, Remus Reid was  a horse thief who was sent to the Montana Territoral prison in1885. He escaped in 1887 and robbed the Montana Flyer 6 times. He was caught by  Pinkerton detectives, convicted  and hanged in 1889. Both the researcher and Harry Reid share this common ancestor.

     The researcher e-mailed Senator Reid for information about their great-great uncle. Harry Reid’s staff sent back the following biographical sketch for her research project.

    ”Remus Reid was a famous cowboy in the Montana Territory. His business empire grew to include acquisition of valuable equestrian assets and intimate dealings with the Montana railroad. Beginning in 1883, he devoted several years of his life to government service. Finally taking leave to resume his dealings with the railroad. Now that is Spin  only a Lawyer could achieve.

     The Lawyers’ Party sees entrepreneurs, who provide goods and services that people want, as enemies of America. And, so we have seen the procession of official enemies, in the eyes of the Lawyer’ Party, grow.

     Against whom do Obama and Hillary rail? Pharmaceutical companies, Oil companies, Hospitals, Manufactures, Fast Food Restaurant chains, large retail businesses, Bankers and anyone producing anything of value in our nation.

     When politicians as lawyers begin to view some Americans as clients and other Americans as opposing parties, then the role of the legal system in our life becomes-all consuming. Some Americans become “adverse parites” of our government. We are not all litigants in some vast social-class action suit. We are citizens of a Republic that promises us a great deal of Freedom from laws, from courts and from lawyers.

          This is the natural consequence of viewing everything through the eyes of lawyers. Lawyers solve problems by successfully representing their clients, in this case, the American people. Lawyers seek to have new laws passed, they seek to win lawsuits, they press appellate courts to overturn precedent, and lawyers always parse language to favor their side. Confined to the narrow practice of law, that is fine. But it is an awful way to govern a great nation.

     Today, we are drowning in laws; we are contorted by judicial decisions; we are driven to distraction by omnipresent lawyers in all parts of our private lives. America has a place for laws and lawyers, but that place is modest and reasonable, not vast and unchecked. The most important decision  for our current president is whom he will appoint to the Supreme Court. When lawyers use criminal prosecution as a continuation of politics, the power of lawyers in America is too great. When Democrats sue America in order to hamstring our efforts to learn what our enemies are planning to do to us, then the role of litigation in America has become crushing.

     We cannot  expect the  Lawyers’ Party to provide real change, real reform or real hope in America. Most Americans know that a Republic in which every major government action must be blessed by nine unelected judges is not what Washington intended in 1789. Most Americans grasp that we cannot fight a war when ACLU lawsuits snap at the heels of our defenders. Most Americans understand that more lawyers and judges will not restore declining moral values or spark the spirit of enterprise in our economy.

     Perhaps Americans will understand that change cannot be brought to our nation by those lawyers who already largely dictate American society and business. Perhaps all Americans will see that hope does not come from the mouths of lawyers but from personal dreams nourished by hard work. Perhaps Americans will embrace the truth that more lawyers with more power will only make our problems worse.

Bill Clinton attacks our 2nd Amendment with “Communitarianism”

     Never,since the formation of our Republic have George Washington’s words had such a profound meaning. “Firearms are second only to the Constitution in importance. They are the peoples’ liberty’s teeth”.

     On July 26th, 2008, The United States Supreme Court affirmed our Individual Right to Keep and Bear Arms without regard to a person’s relationship to a militia. This Constitutional guarantee will  prove invaluable to future generations as they defend this Right against Socialist aspirations and the uncertainty of religious chaos. 

      Left Wing Socialist, former President Bill Clinton, who is quoted as not having a problem with Islam and who refused to order an American Sniper to pull the trigger while he had Bin Laden in his sights, is now  pushing the anti-Gun agenda forward. In a January meeting of the anti-gun U.S. Conference of U.S. Mayors, Clinton made the following statement: “We’re now in the position to begin again. Its not a Leftward movement. Its a forward movement. Its a forward Ccommunitarian movement. Communitarianism is a movement that considers individualism an impediment to society uniformly adopting values the movement considers appropriate, including authoritarian gun control”. For example, the Communitarian Network platform states “there is little sense in gun registration”. “What we need to significantly enhance public safety is a domestic disarmament of the kind that exists in practically all democracies”. Mr. Clinton did not treat the mayors to a long-winded explanation of the communitarian ideal.

     Clinton’s Authoritarian Gun Control has nothing to do with our safety and everything to do with furthering his Restrictive Socialist Agenda. Our home grown Socialists along with George Soros and the Corrupt United Nations are working in concert to weaken our Country. Their goal is to reduce our Economy to Third World status and subjugate our citizens to the One World Order of Socialism.

     Thomas Jefferson’s “The strongest reason for the people to retain the Right to Keep and Bear Arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in  government” and George Washington”s “Firearms are second only to the Constitution in importance; They are the Peoples’ liberty’s Teeth”,  are in direct conflict with Bill Clinton’s “Communitarian” ideology.

Jessie Jackson has added former Chicago Democrat Congressman Mel Reynolds to Rainbow/Push Coalition’s payroll. Reynolds was among the 176 criminals excused in former President Clinton’s last-minute forgiveness spree. Reynolds received a commutation of his six -and -one -half -year federal sentence for 15 convictions of wire fraud, bank fraud  and lies to the Federal Election Commission. He is more notorious, however, for concurrently serving five years for sleeping with an underage campaign volunteer.

     This is a first in American politics: An ex-congressman who had sex with a subordinate… won clemency from a president who had sex with a subordinate…then was hired by a clergyman who had sex with a subordinate. In his infinite wisdom, Jessie Jackson bestowed the title of YOUTH COUNSLER on Mr Reynolds.

Muslim Immigration To The West

Citizens of the West and all other people who cherish religious freedom, political freedom and basic liberties need to realize that extremists have already launched a World War to achieve a Global Totalitarian Islamic Government. THEY ARE DEDICATED TO OUR DESTRUCTION!!!!!

     Muslim extremists cling to the goal of establishing a Totalitarian Global Islamic Government. One strategy to help bring that about is to replace moderate Islamic governments with governments dedicated to the destruction of all Western influence. A second strategy is to establish a significant Muslim immigrant population in liberal Western democracies. The goal is to have enough Muslim inhabitants to influence European and North American governments against attacking Islamic terrorism. The rioting by Islamic Arab and African youth in France 2005 produced a wave of politicians arguing for appeasement of the violent offenders and a need to “understand” the social issues of their anger rather to vigorously respond with police and military force to suppress the rioting.

     It is difficult to determine the extent of Islamic immigration to the West because virtually all democracies refuse to collect immigration data that enumerate immigrants according to religious affiliation. Mass Islamic immigration to Europe from Africa, Asia and the Middle East was produced inadvertently by Western European guest-worker programs from the 1950s through the 1980s. Liberal politicians and sympathetic immigration judges allowed foreign Muslim temporary workers, who were supposed to remain for only a few years on work visas, to take up permanent immigration status. Family reunification programs created a wave of millions Muslim immigrants, now joined by tens of millions of descendants. Muslims now form a clear majority of immigrants in Belgium, France, Germany, The Netherlands and the United Kingdom. It is likely that approximately TWENTY MILLION Muslims live in Europe, comprising up to 5 percent of the total population.

     It is estimated that between two and three million people in America follow the Muslim faith.

     With a stroke of his pen, President Barack Hussein Obama,  backed by American Tax Payer Dollars, has invited over two hundred thousand Muslim Terrorists into our Home Land. His invitation to these terrorists has achieved what Prince Charles Martel and his armies, who in the summer of 732 at the battle of Tours, in France,  fought valiantly to prevent. His Christian army defeated a much larger Islamic army led by the Arab general Abd er Rahman. This ancient Arab general’s name has a familiar ring in our current political vocabulary. Many historians agree that had Martel failed to turn back the invading force, Islam would almost certainly have conquered Europe and the subsequent history of Western civilization would have been radically different.

     Our President, Barack Hussein Obama is on the FAST TRACK to convert our country and its citizens to the strict totalitarian laws of Islam. His move to Socialism is but a pit stop to his ultimate goal of World domination by radical Islamics. If we hope to retain any of our Christian values, we need to defeat, at the ballot box, the Socialists that are now trying to seal our fate. We need to restore our Capital driven economy and return to the common sense that allowed our country to flourish.

President Obama doesn’t need a Trojan Horse

     President Obama doesn’t need a Trojan Horse, he has the Constitution.  On January 27th,2009, President Obama, by authority of the Constitution, issued Presidential Determination No. 2009-15. Unexpected Urgent Refugee and Migration Needs Related to Gaza.

     “I hereby determine, pursuant to section 2 (c) (1) of the Migration and refugee act of 1962, that it is important to national interest to furnish assistance under the act in the amount not exceed $20.3 million from the United States Emergency Refugee and Migration Fund for the purpose of meeting unexpected and urgent Refugee and Migration needs”.

     By executive order , President Barack  Hussein Obama is using our Tax dollars  through international, governmental and non-governmental organizations to provide V.I.P emigrant status to Palestinian (Hamas Terrorists).  His order provides a free Airline ticket replete with housing and food allowances to individuals who have displayed their overwhelming support  for the Islamic Resistance movement. President Obama’s executive order is expected to bring hundreds of thousands of Palestinians, many with ties to radical Islam to our shores, furthering the process that was inaugurated in 1965 by Senator Ted Kennedy and the Cedar Hart bill.

     I am of a strong opinion that the citizens of The United States have no obligation to provide emigrant status to a body of people who are committed to the Destruction of our country. This Determination by our President is an act of TREASON and endangers our very existance.

     Examination of the Palestinian Myth, which dates back to November 2, 1917 and is known as the Balfour Declaration, reveals the truth about the Palestinian refugees. In short, the British government favoured the establishment of a national home for the Jewish people in Palestine. The declaration was endorsed on July 24th, 1922, by the League of Nations and for a short time some Arab states.

     After World War ll, which resulted in population movements of millions of people, national governments and U.N. agencies developed a universal definition of a refugee. A person who was forced to leave his “permanent or habitual” home was classified as a refugee. Arab organizations often inflated their refugee estimates for political reasons. And on an individual level, local Arabs living close to the United Nations refugee camps often claimed refugee status in order to gain significant financial benefits. After the 1948 War of Independence, a change of definition took place in the case of the Palestinian Arabs. An Arab refugee was defined as anyone who had left his home or habitation, even if he had lived there for only two years prior to the 1948 conflict. This simple change of definition vastly increased the number of Arabs who could qualify as refugees. The underlying reason for this change in refugee status was that the British wanted to help these people, even though they did not qualify for aid under the conventional definition of refugees.

     In 1960 King Hussein of Jordan stated the Arab nations that had rejected the existance of a Jewish state had added to the plight of the Palestinian refugees by keeping them in refugee camps and not allowing them to integrate as Arab citizens in the countries where they had settled. “Since 1948 Arab leaders have approached the Palestinian problem in an irresponsible manner” , Hussein stated. They have used the Palestinian people for selfish political purposes. This is ridiculous and, I could say, even criminal. ” Arab nations have used the displaced Palestinians as pawns in a propaganda war against Israel. Palestian refugees are continually victimized by Arab nations and not by the creation of the state of Israel.

     It is the responsibility of the Arab nations to assist and place the Palestinian refugees. They certainly have the resoures, however they do not have the will. It is not in their best interest to lose the needle that irratates the Jews. I believe  President Obama, who has no preconditions with the Arabs, should have his “Sit Down”  with Arab leaders and convince them that THEY should care for the Palestinians. He is obligated to present, that WE have no reason or benefit to have a role in subsidising a Terrorist Army that is on its way to convert or Kill any American who does not proselytize to Islam.

     President Obama’s promise of “HOPE and CHANGE” has resulted in a major benefit for Radical Islam and their strategies to weaken to the very foundation of our Great country.  His Presidential Determination will render us incapable against the ugly tenets of Moslem Terrorists.

     Putting an end to terrorism is only possible by putting an end to the idealogy that plants it in our society. Inviting 200 hundred thousand Moslem Terrorists into our country contradicts common sense and will bring an end to our Christian existance.

     I pose a fierce opposition to Presidential Determination No. 2009-15 and suspect that in the not to distant future we will find the Islamic Terrorist in the ranks of President Obama’s Home land Security Brown Shirts.

Biggest Grab of American Taxpayers Money

Senator Barbara Boxer:

     I oppose your Spendulous package. It is the biggest grab of the American Taxpayers money in the history of our Great Country. It is absent of real concrete stimulus proposals. It is nothing more than an opportunity for you and your comrades to push the citizens of America forward onto the path of Socialism.

     Our country was built on conservative Christian values. There is no doubt that you and your party are hell bent on burying those values and imposing your restrictive Socialist agenda on the citizens of the United States. You fail to recognize the value of the ultimate price that was paid by American Blood that was shed on foreign shores in defense of this Great Land. Tens of thousands of Americans died to prevent the very ideology that you aspire to. You offend the memory of these fallen heros and disgrace yourself in the process.

     The idea of funding A.C.O.R.N. has nothing to do with stimulating the economy. The proposal to provide tax dollars to this organization is a classic example of the Left, funding an organizational tool whose sole purpose is to drag our country to the restrictive tenets of Socialism. This organization is not in the business of creating employment and I strongly oppose your proposal to provide them with any of our tax dollars.

     I oppose your insidious manner of attacking our First Amendment Right of Free Speech. Your proposal to withhold funds to public schools if any of those funds are used to build, repair or modify any buildings on any campus that is used by a group of Christians is unconstitutional and a blatant attack on our right to Free Speech. It is an affront to the tax paying citizens of Faith.

      This correspondence is an exercise of my opposition to the funding of your Socialist agenda. I love my country, it is the Greatest land in the entire world and I strongly oppose your support of legislation that will contradict the principals that created the wealth of Our Nation.

New ‘Fairness doctrine’ seen as threat to Christian Radio

     The “Fairness Doctrine” has a tremendous potential for constraining free speech in a very harmful way. This legislation, if enacted, will have an immediate negative effect on Christian broadcasters and their ability to promote Christianity over the airways. Because of the doctrine’s so-called “balance” Christian broadcasters could find themselves in the unenviable and untenable position of seeking out other religious viewpoints. Religious broadcasters will be required to allow Hindu, Buddhist or Atheist to counter what Christian ministers of the Gospel say on the air. Muslims of radical Islam will have the opportunity to disgorge their hatred of Christians and Jews.

     The ancient hatred of Jews was at low ebb when Muhammad launched his new religion in 622. He declared that the Jews were the enemies of Allah and initiated warfare to force them to submit to Islam or die. His message was communicated with 7th century technology, a Crier, a Camel and the Sword. Recorded history documents 700 hundred years of carnage that killed hundreds of thousands of Christians and Jews. Through the “Fairness Doctrine”, modern Islam will now have the chance, courtesy of President Obama. (who just happens to have received his primary education in Indonesia, a Moslem country) to spread their hatred of the West and engage in the Third Jihad. This is what the citizens of America are handed when our right to free speech is sabotaged. Technology has advanced well beyond the Camel and the Sword. Islam now has the ability to kill more Westerners in a matter of minutes than it took them centuries to achieve.

     The “Fairness Doctrine” is not limited to subverting Christian Radio. Some attacks are congressional. The “Fairness doctrine” which would legally require that views expressed on a radio talk show be “balanced” with opposing views. Senator John Kerry has echoed the call for bringing back the equal time provisions that forceably require that “Conservative” views be balanced with “Liberal” views, requiring an actual minute for minute, second – by – second measurement of what is said on public radio.

     Democratic legislators have tried to claim that talk about reintroduction of the “Fairness Doctrine” is merely conspiracy-mongering by Right Wing Talk Radio and its partisian cheerleaders. But other Democrats and some Republicans in the House and Senate have made no secret of their support for such legislation. This is not just Talk, it is primary on the Socialist agenda. The “Fairness Doctrine” is the vehicle that the Left has chosen to carry their assult on our basic freedom.

     We, as citizens of this Great country have five basic freedoms associated with the First Amendment. Most  notable is what we identify as Freedom of Speech. The Founding Fathers provided us with a powerful tool. This is the freedom to express ourselves without the fear of reprisal from our government.The current Socialist legislators who support the “Fairness Doctrine” need a Deafening reminder that We, the people who allow them to govern us will not tolerate the subversion of our Constitution and Bill of rights.

     America is short on leadership and it is Radio Talk Show Hosts, who every day broadcast the truth that no one else in the broadcast world dares to speak. They are the closest thing that today’s Americans have to real leadership. If we allow the Socialist legislators to eliminate Talk Radio, we will forefit our most precious gift, Freedom of Speech. We will lose the very thing that identifies us as Americans and consign ourselves with future generations to the cancerous grip of Socialism.

     Our forefathers made a stand against the repression of British rule and created a wonderful nation. We must not allow our current legislators to bring down our way of life and deny our citizens their basic freedoms. Don’t allow Senator Charles Schumer to say “Americans don’t care about a few hundred million dollars” Don’t allow Al Sharpton and Jessie Jackson to engage in a “Broad discussion” on what is permitted or not permitted on our ariways. Don’t be fooled by the Socialist legislators that are trying to disguise this controversial policy by renaming it Localism, Diversity or Network neutrality. These public figures do not speak for me and I am sure that they don’t speak for any clear thinking American.

     The Democratic leadership is intoxicated with their Electoral victory and believes that they are not accountable to any of our citizens. Their hypocricy rolls off their tongues with a tone of self belief. (If I speak it, it is surely in your best interest and it must be true) STAND UP AND BE COUNTED. SHOUT your opposition to the Socialist agenda that is working its way through our legislative process. Let your legislators know that when they are on the road to Socialism, they DO NOT speak for you. SCREAM OUT against the attack on Free Speech. STAND UP AND BE COUNTED!!!!!
